  1. iResidenz shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this page.

There are currently around 80 properties on iResidenz with more in the pipeline. Click here to search if the property you’re referring is already LIVE on iResidenz.

Q3. How does the referral programme work?

After you fill in our brief form (we don’t ask for any contact details), we will check our database for any existing records. If the record doesn’t exist in our database, we will contact you for the contact person’s details. Thereafter, we will get in touch with them to schedule a presentation and demo to the committee. If the committee gives their approval, we will proceed with setup. Once the property goes LIVE on iResidenz, you will be contacted about your reward.

Q4. How much will I get paid for a successful referral?

For every successful referral, you will be rewarded with RM150 for a property in Malaysia.

Q5. How long does it take to setup and launched?

Once we’ve received all the items on our checklist (in the required formats), it takes about 7 working days, if not sooner, to get everything setup and launched.

Q6. How old is iResidenz?

The company has been around since 2013 and the product itself has been around circa 2014.

Q7. How financially stable is iResidenz?

iResidenz is backed by a group of shareholders that believe in the product and will strive to keep the company afloat. Our newest shareholder, Interbase Resources Sdn Bhd (the company that owns Lelong.my), invested a seven-figure sum for iResidenz to grow.
