iResidenz is based in Kiara 1888, a condominium, that is also a client that we service.

Our office is cubicle-free, located next to a yoga room, gym, the swimming pool, some greenery and we don’t do “stuffy”.

There is no central air-conditioning to freeze your fingers off and our floor-length windows let in natural sunlight so that you know what time of the day it is!

Every month, we challenge ourselves to acquire & onboard as many properties as possible, all while providing the best experience to our existing clients. Our business model is primarily B2B with plans to include B2C offerings.

We work closely with:

  1. Managing Bodies – Joint Managing Bodies (JMBs), Management Corporations (MCs) and Residents Associations (RAs);
  2. Managing Agents – Property Management Companies and their Management Office Staff; and last but not least,
  3. Property Developers.

  • Willing to travel.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 6 year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position. Preferably as a Manager specialising in Sales - Corporate/IT Products & Services or equivalent. Experience in Software or Property-related Products or Services will be an advantage.
  • Excellent presentation skills and command of English.
  • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to start immediately will be an advantage.
* Senior Sales Manager can also be considered.


  • Manage the Customer Acquisition Team to achieve KPIs.
  • Establish and enhance Customer Acquisition and Sales strategies for the company.
  • Present and demo the solution to Property Developers, Property Management Companies, Resident Committees and other relevant parties.
  • Assist in Domestic and International Acquisition activities.
  • Report directly to CEO.

  • 1-2 years experience in Tele-marketing, Sales, Marketing or related fields. Experience with IT-related sales is an advantage. Motivated fresh graduates may be considered.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to start immediately will be an advantage.
  • Lead generation activities - identifying and qualifying prospects.
  • Scheduling sales presentations/demos with leads.
  • Assist Sales Manager with presentations and follow-up’s.
  • Market research.
  • Willing to work in Mon't Kiara.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Full Stack Web Development.
  • Experience with Apache & NGINX WebServers.
  • Experience with user authentication and authorisation between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
  • Experience with integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
  • Experience in creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Proficient in using server interfaces such as SSH.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP web framework such as CodeIgniter OR Yii OR Laravel
  • Understanding of MVC design patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions.
  • Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming.
  • Good understanding in creation of web services using JSON/REST.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
  • Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
  • Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds.
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.
  • Good interpersonal skills, a team player and able to work independently.
  • Experience in Ionic Framework is an advantage.
  • Experience in IOS and Android development will be an advantage.
  • Ability to start immediately will be an advantage.
  • Build new features & functionalities required for Mobile App and Web.
  • Perform system analysis, design, testing and documentation.
  • Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.
  • Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
  • Integration of data storage solutions.
  • Bachelors Degree or Professional Certification in related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to start immediately will be an advantage.
  • Manage full sets of accounts.
  • Manage company’s HR matters - payroll, leaves, contributions, etc.
  • Manage office administrative matters.
  • Day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Prepare budget and cashflows.
  • Reconcile payment gateway transactions.
  • Ensure timely submission of financial reports.
  • Diploma or Degree in related field.
  • Good command of English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in Customer Service will be an advantage.
  • Ability to start immediately will be an advantage.
  • Manage setup and on-boarding of properties onto the iResidenz platform.
  • Carry out administrative work related to this role.
  • Provide customer service and technical support.
  • Conduct on-site and off-site training when required.
  • Produce documentation and reports required by Management in a timely manner.
