iResidenz is based in Kiara 1888, a condominium, that is also a client that we service.

Our office is cubicle-free, located next to a yoga room, gym, the swimming pool, some greenery and we don’t do “stuffy”.

There is no central air-conditioning to freeze your fingers off and our floor-length windows let in natural sunlight so that you know what time of the day it is!

Every month, we challenge ourselves to acquire & onboard as many properties as possible, all while providing the best experience to our existing clients. Our business model is primarily B2B with plans to include B2C offerings.

We work closely with:

  1. Managing Bodies – Joint Managing Bodies (JMBs), Management Corporations (MCs) and Residents Associations (RAs);
  2. Managing Agents – Property Management Companies and their Management Office Staff; and last but not least,
  3. Property Developers.

We also collaborate with lifestyle partners to provide value-added services to our users.

Available Careers

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Programming or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Full Stack Web Development, with experience in Mobile App (iOS & Android) development
  • Familiar with the following:
    • Web Servers: Apache, NGINX
    • Language: Object Oriented PHP with web frameworks Yii/Laravel & MVC design patterns. Mobile app development on native or Ionic framework
    • OS: Linux, Windows
    • Database: MySQL, familiarity with NoSQL databases
    • Versioning: Git, CVS
    • Proficient in using server interfaces such as SSH
  • Strong knowledge of common PHP or web server exploits & their solutions
  • Good understanding in creation of web services using JSON/REST
  • Understanding of good UX designs for mobile app & web interfaces
  • Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable & performance-oriented application
  • Good interpersonal skills, a team player & able to work independently
  • Ability to start immediately will be an advantage

  • Scale up existing & build new features required for Mobile App & Web

Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation, Curation & Distribution
    • Create, compile, organise, store content assets.
    • Discover relevant external content sources.
    • Establish links to curated content.
    • Publish original content and update our Social Media
    • Communicate with the Tech team on what needs to be updated on the Corporate Site and do QC on any updated made
  • Reporting
    • Track and measure key metrics.
    • Prepare a status report for weekly meetings.
    • Maintain time spent on activities.
  • Others
    • Manage and maintain healthy CRM & email marketing lists.
    • Manage our Marketing Campaigns and A&P’s.
    • Assist with the planning & production for Events.

Responsibilities:
  • Brand & Corporate Identity
    • Create and update guidelines for the company – logos, typefaces, images, colours, etc.
    • Create templates for our letterheads, powerpoint presentations, social media posts, etc.
    • Source for good quality, multi-purpose stock images that we can purchase, keep and use in the future.
    • Create, update and manage Media-friendly material, i.e., logos of different seizes and colours, professional photos of our CEO, CTO and the Team, etc.
    • Designated company photographer to capture the best of moments of iResidenz (and also take awesome profile pictures for everyone)!
  • Web & Mobile App
    • Enhance our UI with UX principles in mind.
    • Source/optimize the logos and photos provided by clients for their login pages.
    • Work closely with the Tech team to implement, test and check that your designs always maintain its high standards.
    • Design the banners for our internal & partner promos.
  • Marketing Collateral
    • Design social media posts.
    • Design advertisements that will capture attention.
    • Create & update explainer and instructional videos.
    • Enhance and update our presentation slides for the Sales Team.
    • Design any shirts, buntings, premiums, and other required collateral.
    • Liaise with printers and manage the whole printing process.
  • Others
    • Support the Tech team with testing, when required.
    • Brainstorm sessions.
    • Support at events, specifically with photography.
Requirements:
  • Available immediately.
  • Willing to travel and possesses own transport.
  • Has sufficient sales experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills and command of English.
  • Required Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new leads and follow-up closely with hot leads.
  • Build relationships with leads and customers to get warm referrals.
  • Present and demo the solution to Property Developers, Property Management Companies, Resident Committees, Security Firms and other relevant parties.
  • Liaise with the Client Account Manager to ensure a seamless transition from sales to after-sales.
  • Liaise with the Development Team to share feedback from leads and customers.
  • Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting.
  • Reports directly to CEO.

  • Reporting
    • Track and measure key metrics.
    • Prepare a status report for weekly meetings.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in related field.
  • Good command of English.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Manage setup and on-boarding of properties onto the iResidenz platform.
  • Carry out administrative work related to this role.
  • Provide customer service and technical support.
  • Conduct on-site and off-site training when required.
  • Produce documentation and reports required by Management in a timely manner.
